House Of Grove strives to meet all of our clients needs and expectations. When placing your order with HOG we require a deposit of 50% to book your order and cover the cost of materials and supplies. Once we have received your deposit we will have booked your order and you would be agreeing to the terms and policies set out on our website. This deposit is non refundable

The final balance and any affiliated delivery charges are due upon delivery.

At HOG we have a 1 year limited warranty that covers any structural damage along with any deficiencies. We are working with solid wood planks and despite our best efforts wood can shift and move.  If your table top checks, splits or bows in the first three years we will repair or replace your table top at no charge for the same material. 

Some example of a covered deficiency would be a stain touch up, maybe a scratch occurred during delivery that needs to be touched up... or if in anyway the items you received are incorrect please contact us asap with some photos and we will take the best approach in correcting the issue.

Please note that in home deficiencies will be scheduled twice a month so please be patient while we work to resolve any issues there may be.

Returns.  Due to the nature of our business being primarily custom work we do not offer refunds on any of our pieces.  If there are any issues with your piece so long as it falls under our policy we will repair the piece as soon as possible.
